Surgery Quotations and billing that communciate

Ideally, it would be very nice to easily build a surgery quotation and have that linked to the billing section. The quotations that we manually built are in the forms section and are very time consuming to build and a separate form is required for each scenario. It should be possible to build a quote in minutes and Quotes should have a separate tab like other functions. There should also be a receipt that shows a running balance owing along with showing each pre-payment separately and not as a total. This currently takes several steps to accomplish and is timing consuming.
