I am relatively new to Accuro having used Plexia, MedAccess, and Wolf before. I was shocked to see how poor the image and print quality of documents through Accuro were. Images are displayed in 96 DPI (old web-based image standard) that on today's modern high-resolution screens end up looking poor. Forms are typically printed in 144 DPI which is also barely minimum for inkjet printing and is the reason why forms come out looking less than crisp.
In terms of Generating Letters - the print quality is for some reason limited to 96 DPI as well. This means that all letters generated come out looking poor quality. Any graphics or text in headers, watermarks, or footers look pixelated and blurry (ok on screen, but try to print). This quality often gets degraded even further when faxing.
These graphic standards may have been ok a dozen years ago but today we should have the ability to choose between high or low quality images to ensure that the documents we produce look professional, crisp, and sharp!
