Be able to set location on patient reminder emails.

We book appointments at various locations without having a different scheduler set up. If an appointment reminder is emailed to a patient it only gives our main address. There is nowhere to state an alternate location. This can lead to the patient arriving at the wrong location and missing their appointment anyway.

Having more than 1 office setup isn't realistic as we have 4-5 different locations we see patients in and it's not always a set schedule. We use one office schedule and just have the appointment types colour coded to indicate where the appointment is.

The address is pulled from within Accuro for the office where the appointment has been booked. So one option is to have more than 1 office set up in Accuro to reflect the physical locations of each clinic.

Customising the details of the message sent to patients is a future consideration.

Hi There. I submitted an idea almost the same as this back in August! I want to be able to change what is sent to the pt via appointment reminder emails!
