When going to a patient's profile on the Medeo website, the patient's messages, private notes, and appointment details are all in separate tabs after an update. The messages are showing as the oldest message first, making it more difficult to find what was most recently sent. It would be easier if the most recent message was at the top, so users can know what they are responding to.
If there were filters, users could select what they wanted to see: all details, just patient messages, anything unread. A sorting option would also allow users to choose what they want to see first.
