yes and it would feel more secure for old messages to not be there. why medeo likes to keep all data is beyond understanding ! i have to filter. thru old messages and forms sent to find the latest one. for this reason i might delete my account and deal with my clinic directly as far as forms go. if its about security as the clinic administer says ..well , then old messages and spam old forms should be able to delete permanetly. i feel its other way around , not safe and secure at all. its just another gate between clinics who have no direct connection to their patients or prefer it that way. oh well!
