Letter queue. Should be arranged chronologically by date.

We store the referral letters in the queue until the appointment has been confirmed. Currently you have to scroll through the whole list to find the newest referral letters needing to be faxed as they appear randomly in the queue. The letters waiting to be faxed should appear at the top of the list

    Hello,

The columns within the Letter Queue are sort-able. Click on the column header (e.g. Date of Service) to enable it as the primary sorting column. An up or down arrow will indicate whether the column is being sorted in ascending or descending order; click the column a second time to change the order displayed. The attached date of service is reflective of the date associated with the clinical note the letter was generated from.

The other columns are sort-able as well. So alternatively, you can use the Letter Queue Status (e.g. Waiting for Referral Confirmation) to group your waiting letters, or the priority, or even the free text note field.
