Take off the default for "Cover Sheet" on faxes.

At the moment the default is set to send a cover sheet with every fax. Pharmacists have been complaining about the amount of paper we are wasting on their fax machines when we send prescriptions. Would it be possible to have this default taken off, so that we can select it at times when we need it, such as sending referral letters? We send a lot more prescriptions/day than referrals.

    For the current version, it  stays defaulted as to how the last item was faxed out.

    So if the physician does include a cover sheet and the next time forget to uncheck the box, we have a lot of extra faxes going out (coversheets) that are not necessary

    1) slows down the rate at which scripts get out

    2) adds costs

    isn't is easier to select coversheet when needed instead of having remember what I did last and do I want to do it the same way
