add a recipient to fax manager

example - if i fax soemthing to a doctor then find out they changed their fax number. even if i update info in address book. if i go to fax manager find the report and resend it, it will still send to the original number so let us add a doctor in from fax manager. this is to avoid looking for what file we sent then go into the virtual chart and fax it from there, it would be more helpful to do everything right from fax manager can anyway else use this idea, because our office sure can!
