Accuro has a setting in forms and labels to select the paper size which you are working with. However Accuro is sending this to printer as an 8 1/2 x 11 page. Case # 438171. I was told that there is no work around yet Java coders have addressed the issue from other IT sectors have addresses the issue, yet Accuro says there is no fix. I would like the option to print out forms or labels in any size and not stuck with a "black Model T Ford". Either remove the option for paper sizes in all modules or be honest and say you don't want to invest time in fixing issue because we don't know how. But don't lie to me and say there is now way to fix it.
