Currently, any user at a clinic is allowed to create or modify the document categories. As the clinic gets bigger and have more users, users start creating new categories and the same document type could become filed in many different categories. Admin users should be able to control this as a feature to disallow all users to create or manage document categories. Any requests may be sent to admin instead and vetted with all users.
Thank you for adding the comment. Feature Access is a great way to Restrict/Grant Permissions to some specific functionality within Accuro.
Hi there! If you are a user with System Administrator access, you can lock down the ability to Manage the categories list under Manage Security-->Feature Access. Under the Documents Section, there is an option Manage Patient Folders. You can disable this per Role and/or per User.
