Hi Rachel-- Are you meaning adding favorites as External Medications? Prescription favorites can be added to a chart under a patient's External Medications. It is the same list as with Active Medications.

Under the prescriptions when prescribing yes, but when adding external meds for new patients at a specialist office how do we do that?

You do have the ability to create and manage a list of favorite prescriptions.
