I'm not sure how it decides who the delegate is when the admin is sending a message...it's different every day on who it picks (from my 5 drs) but is usually not correct.

I would suggest reaching out to our Client Services team, so that they can connect with you via a screenshare and observe your workflow. They may be able to make suggestions to help.
default provider doesn’t work when you work for 5 drs though. And I don’t wanna have to drop and pick from a list as I often forget which dr and have to go back and look.

The delegate for patient messaging defaults to the Default Provider you have set in your user preferences. If there is no default provider set, Accuro follows the Global Provider rule (e.g. I put my cursor on a patient on David Doctor's schedule; I launch HealthMail and David Doctor is the choice in the delegate dropdown). You can set your default provider in your User Preferences. File > User Preferences > Defaults > Default Provider. Once set, log out and back into Accuro again.
The provider loaded when you are delegating messages should then be populated to your assigned default provider.
