Medeo / Accuro Healthmail and Video are alternate forms of patient encounters not captured by billing codes (unless one makes tracking codes) Accuro Query Alerts does not search for Healthmail activity. The Audit trail in accuro can search for Medeo Activity but does not offer any reporting of such.
it is increasingly important ( health care planning) to be able to show what work you are doing . Medeo would be wise to have a usage summary report or a reporting ability in Query Alerts that allows providers to ascertain their workload of emails sent / responses / replies / documents managed and video encounters done / estimated time engaged with patients via the product.
UPdate 2022 . Ontario seems interested in Secure Email and provider billing / tracking for this service. Medeo "stats" will become necessary with ease of use and functionality to report on how may Healthmails came in from patx, how many went out from Providers, how many were replies etc Thank you
