Allow delegation of Medeo Inbox (e.g., for vacation periods)

When providers & staff are out of the office for extended periods and have, for example, a locum, the provider should be able to delegate access to the inbox so that the locum and/or staff can see and respond to patient communications.

Sometimes patient communications are urgent and a quick response is required. Workflows arising in Medeo should be treated the same as those arising in Accuro (e.g., labs, documents can all be accessed by the locum and/or staff).

    When sending an email to a patient, provider should be able to all reply to go admin instead of back to provider. this should be achieved by assigning a delegate

    I use Medeo to communicate with my surgical patients. This allows them the privacy (I work in gynaecology) to send notes and pictures for the doctors review. I just discovered that there is no way to send a vacation notice to someone who contacts me with post op complications while I'm away. I'm shocked that this is not build in already. Please consider this update!!!

    Yes!!! This is important to our workflow also, especially during this pandemic.
