The Medeohealth provider website (provider.medeohealth.com) renders poorly on mobile devices. In fact, on some smartphones, it is impossible to respond to a Medeohealth secure messages because the layout obscures the return email window making it impossible to reply to a message).
This is very problematic for providers who spend time in various non-office settings as they are unable to respond to messages in a timely manner without carrying a bulky laptop with them at all times.
Developing a mobile version of the provider website (or an app for providers) would solve this problem.
