This is listed as "Released" but an awkward conversation box beside the task is NOT the same as a reply button. When this "conversation" is going on, the task still stays in my inbox, even though there may be some step that needs doing by someone else. A simple REPLY, with the task moving from inbox to inbox till it is completed is what is needed. This had 150 votes. That wasn't enough to indicate that a change was needed???? And really, it's been 7 years...
Hi Tara,
Our original answer to this request was to create the "Conversation" aspect of tasks, which is why it is marked as Released.
There is a separate submission related to a <Reply> option, instead of the <New Conversation> button, here: https://ideas.qhrtech.com/ideas/ACC-I-5726
I don't see the reply button, only the NEW Conversation. This is marked as released?
See related idea comments in related idea reply button or task instead of new conversation button "New idea"
Its not complete there is only a new conversation button... and a button within the task you can click as new.
There needs to be a single button below tasks you can hit reply to so as to keep a conversation going
Then a larger button for complete anyone can select when the task is actually done.
