Not an unintuitive multi-step process to communicate back and forth. And when I "reply" the task should go OUT of my inbox, into the staff's, and continue to go back and forth until that task is completed by the last person.
It just makes sense.
I ab agreed on this. Tasks should be alot easier to work with. 90% of my tasks get sent back to me as a message. It’s the one thing I dislike about the emr
