Improve Print and Display Quality (DPI)

The DPI settings for Accuro are horrendously outdated (96dpi for display and 144dpi for print). With high resolution monitors and increased bandwith these low levels look awful. My patients complaint about low resolution printing, other providers complain about poor quality letters, I think my logo / header looks horrible, and even pharmacies complain about poor legibility of things including signatures.

This should be updated by either having and option for low vs standard vs high resolution or just upping everyone to high resolution.

I can always tell which doctors use Accuro - I just look for the low quality print-outs / faxes. It's embarrassing.

I agree, the PDFs I upload to make forms are crisp and come out so fuzzy.  Disappointing after all that effort.

Agree with this.  It seems to be related to the Java script that processes documents for printing/faxing.  There is a significant reduction in quality.
