Appointment Date and Patient Contacted Task In Outstanding Requisitions Referrals and Orders

It would be very useful if under Reports> Oustanding requisitions, referrals and Orders if there was a Heading called Appointment Date/Time so that a clinic could mark down the date and time of the appointment at the external clinic. At this time they can enter these detials in descriptions or Specifics but they also like to use these areas for other things. Also an area or checkbox that has "contacted patient" would also be handy or the option to create a task to link to this outstanding referral would help organize the workflow.
