When I change a referring physician on the patient's demographics, and update the patient, at the top where you see the patient's name on the schedule screen, it remains the old referring physician. And then if my doctor dictates a note, it goes to the old physician instead of the new one. My question is Why is there a delay? It happens Every time I change a referring physician's name, although the family physician changes right away at the top of the schedule screen. It does eventually change, but there is a huge delay, sometimes even over a day or two! Can we get this fixed please? Thanks, Valerie
